What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not pass it to third parties for advertising. We do not build profiles to decide anything about you automatically. We do not collect health data: Rana Walk is not a medical device and the AI Advisor does not diagnose.
This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Each one processes the data only to provide us that service, on our instructions.
If you buy on Amazon, the purchase happens on Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s privacy policy, not this one. We never receive your payment details or your shipping address.
International transfers
Some of our providers are outside Costa Rica and outside Brazil, including providers in the United States. The United States has no adequacy decision from Brazil’s Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, nor an equivalent determination from Costa Rica’s Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes. By accepting this policy and using the AI Advisor you expressly consent to that transfer, having been informed of it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, or to withdraw your consent without retroactive effect. Write to [PENDING — address]. We answer within a maximum of five business days.
If you believe we handle your data badly you can complain to the authority in your country: PRODHAB in Costa Rica, ANPD in Brazil, or your national supervisory authority in the European Union.
Security
We encrypt the connection to the site, limit who inside the company can reach the data, and review our providers periodically. No system is infallible: if a breach affected you, we would tell you and notify the relevant authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we publish the new version with its date. If the change is substantial we tell you through whatever channel we have.
